  A BIG SCAM I joined Apex legal group to settle 3 credit card debt I made payments for 9 months ,paid over $ 4000.00 The office didn't contact any creditors All 3 cards went to court because Apex never offered or negotiated a settlement with any creditor I had to cancel the agreement after they adviced me to pay 80% of the debt + 15% fee Apex returned only $ 744.00 from the $4000.00 I paid them Most of the Mony they collect goes toward their fee First So they collect the fee regardless of any kind of debt settlement I had a very bad experience Lost $ 3300.00 to Apex could be used to pay off some of that debts WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ANY ONE LOOKING FOR HELP APEX LEGAL GROUP IS BAD CHOICE TRUE SCAM

  I read a good review and thought, maybe this was a good choice, since the other lawyers in my area dont have much for reviews. My lawyer treated me respectfully, and gave me all the information I needed during my bankruptcy. I could call whenever I had a question. The second I finsihed paying though, all contact ceased. I was not given any information, if I called, they were not there, even during their business hours, I could only ever talk to a secretary. Thankfully I didnt finish paying until the day of our big 341 meeting, which, also went horribly. We were not told what to expect, while all the other lawyers there were consulting thier clients, ours sat in a cornor where we were unable to get to. It was very upsetting for us, especially when we hadnt recieved any info on our case, even after it had officially closed. We only spoke once after the 341 meeting, and it was concerning getting everything back and when would I be discharged, both came up unanswered. I also felt as if I was not treated like an adult. Yes, I made mistakes, but I feel like I was being belittled every time we met to talk about the case. Make a better choice than I did, and mke sure your lawyer cares more about your case than your checks clearing.
