- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wow ... I was bouncing around the internet and came across these reviews for the Insurance Center of Monroe... I can't speak for the people below that seem to have a negative view of the company, but my thoughts on this agency are the polar opposite. I've been dealing with this agency for the better part of 15 years now and have been treated with the utmost in professionalism, both in person and on the telephone. I have our home, autos and high value items insured through them. I have told friends and co-workers to check them out in their search for insurance and most ended up as customers as well. When my policies renewed this last time, I even got a call from one of the customer service reps. They told me that they saw I was coming up for renewal, so they tried re-quoting me with all of the companies they carry just to see if they could save me some money. That was unsolicited! It is good to know I am insured with a company that goes to that length automatically when my policy is coming up for renewal.By steve stoddart, August 04, 2017
