- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We had a bad experience with this company as well. After we received our final copy of our taxes, there were changes made (by the company) and we were not notified. Hence, more was taken out of our account to pay our taxes than we were told would be. Repeated phone calls to the company were greeted with a very kind person at the desk, however, she was unable to answer our questions. An email sent to the company expressing our dissatisfaction went unanswered and repeated requests for the tax preparer to call us back and explain the situation have gone unanswered. We would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Poor service.By Janet Schuler, October 18, 2016
