I've never felt like such a hiderence to someone's day as I did with this guy because I wasn't familiar with the process. Didn't catch his name but he works there often. They have packaged fragile items, quick shipping needs and routine returns from various online retailers for me, good, quick, polite and helpful service every time. They just did not get a 5 because I'd really like hours of operation a little earlier and later - say 7am-9pm :) For working stiffs.By S Dotson, October 31, 2016
